Montecito International Festival

MIMA proudly stands as a sponsor and partner of The Montecito Music Festival, a dynamic multi-session music residency designed for young artists. The festival holds across four 10-day sessions:

• Session 1: June 17 to June 26,

• Session 2: June 27 to July 6,

• Session 3: July 7 to July 16,

• Session 4: July 17 to July 26.

It offers programs for Junior (age 9-12), High School, and College students. Hosted at the scenic campus of California Lutheran University in Thousand Oaks, California, the festival provides an immersive setting in close proximity to Los Angeles, California's sunny beaches, and the picturesque mountains and deserts of Southern California. Festival provides programs in piano, string instruments, flutes, clarinets, orchestra and chamber music. Faculties are world-renowned representatives of the best universities, orchestra and ensemble all around the world. Students get one-on-one private lessons as well as chances to perform in public masterclasses, perform in student concerts, and attend workshops on career coaching and music management. Scholarships are available. Join us in nurturing the talents of young artists amid the inspiring backdrop of the Montecito Music Festival.
